1. Unlimited Storage - Fair and Reasonable Use
While your subscription includes unlimited storage, this is subject to fair usage expectations. The Service is intended for the secure storage of personal electronic files in the ordinary course of use. It is not designed or permitted to be used for:
- Operating a file sharing or distribution service
- Hosting large-scale streaming content
- Storing system or server backups unrelated to typical personal needs
- Any activity that places excessive or disproportionate load on our infrastructure
- We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and contact users whose usage significantly exceeds normal levels, or which adversely affects other users or system performance.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Legacy Hub to upload, store, or distribute content that:
- Breaches UK or International law (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990)
- Infringes intellectual property rights or the privacy/confidentiality of others
- Contains or promotes unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or hateful material
- Encourages violence, abuse, or harassment
- Contains malicious software such as viruses, ransomware, or spyware
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Legacy Hub or help anyone else to do so. For example, you must not do any of the following:
- Allow anyone to use your account credentials
- Leave your accounts logged in and unattended
- Use someone else’s account credentials
- Leave your account credentials unprotected (e.g. writing it down)
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
- Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven’t been invited to
- Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services
- Access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping” or creating accounts in bulk)
- Send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam
- Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”
- Promote or advertise our products or services without appropriate authorisation
- Abuse referrals or promotions to get more storage space than deserved
- Circumvent storage space limits
- Sell the Services unless specifically authorised to do so
- Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence
- Advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group of people based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual preference, disability, or impairment
- Violate the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that’s fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading; or
- Violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others
- IFrame or emulate the Service without permission
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service where legally permitted. This may include automated tools or manual review to detect and address violations of this Policy.
In the event of suspected misuse or a breach, we may take any or all of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or request that usage be reduced
- Restrict or suspend account access
- Remove offending content
- Terminate your account, in serious or repeated cases
- Where practical, we will notify you before taking any action and provide an opportunity to respond.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless My Wealth Cloud Ltd against any and all claims, liabilities, costs (including legal fees), or damages arising directly or indirectly from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Any content you upload, store, share, or distribute
- Any breach of this Policy or applicable law
- Any unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence.
- This clause survives the termination of your relationship with My Wealth Cloud Ltd.
